The cost of a death certificate at the Florida Bureau of Vital Statistics is as follows: $5 - Search fee for one calendar year and one certified copy. $4 - For each additional certified copy. $2 - Search fee for each calendar year when the precise year is unknown. The maximum fee $50.00.
